Let's talk personality ... With the help of Carl Jung and Isabel Briggs Myers ...
Some people think that knowing your dominant personality type allows you to find a more suitable career or even an area in a workplace. Others, like this writer in Forbes magazine, have reservations. That said, it is merely a guide to help us think metacognitively about who we are and the direction we may want to take.
According to Carl Jung's Theory of Psychological Types, people can be characterised by their preference of 
general attitude:

·       Extraverted (e) vs. Introverted (i), 

·       Sensing (s) vs. Intuition (n),

·       Thinking (t) vs. Feeling (f)

Isabel Briggs Myers, a researcher and practitioner of Jung's theory, proposed to see the judging-perceiving relationship as a fourth dichotomy influencing personality type [Briggs Myers, 1980]:

·       Judging (j) vs. Perceiving (p)
